Dr. Ratnayake is a board-certified family physician whose interests include preventive medicine, women's health, and adolescent health, with a focus on lifestyle and therapeutic interventions for managing chronic disease.

After more than a decade inside a large hospital system, she's opening Canopy to deliver care the way she always wanted to — with time, attention, and a real relationship with every family she sees.

Outside of clinic, she's with her husband and three sons, cheering on their teams, playing tennis, and traveling whenever the calendar allows.

Dr. Horstmeyer is a board-certified family physician who cares for children ages 5+, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. She provides well-child checks, annual physicals, chronic disease management, and acute care.

She's committed to treating the whole family and is passionate about helping patients reach their wellness goals. Her professional interests include pediatrics, sports medicine, and minor procedures.

She and her husband have three children. Away from clinic, she's spending time with family and friends, growing in her faith, reading, traveling, playing games, and staying active biking, skiing, and outdoors.
